OT for Tooth Fairy

Last week I shared a precious pic of Brayden displaying his first missing molar. Mere days after that post, Megan shared on social media a photo of Brayden and Camden, who both lost another tooth.

One day later, Megan posted yet another photo, this one showing Camden lost yet another tooth.

Of all the things I miss about having kids in the house, Tooth Fairy duty certainly is not one of them. The prospect of sneakily hovering over a sleeping child to place cash under a pillow while removing a stashed tooth always caused me intense anxiety. I was a big chicken mama and feared every time that the kiddo's eyes would pop open in some creepy scary movie style and I'd scream... thus revealing the Tooth Fairy truth.

Best wishes to that brave Tooth Fairy putting in overtime — and bundles of bucks — at my grandsons' house. I shamelessly admit, far better her (or him) than me. For all our sakes.
