Beary cute: KeaBabies huggable hooded bamboo baby towels

Most grandmas likely agree with me: Hugging a grandkid ranks as one of the sweetest sensations out there.

Many grandmas also likely agree with me that hugging a warm little one fresh from the tub and wrapped in a towel tops the list of types of hugs grandmothers can’t get enough of.

While hugs of most any sort with grandchildren are on hold for now, thanks to Covid, bath times for babes continue. Photos Mama Brianna sends me of Benjamin’s bath times are a sweet consolation to tide me over for now—especially the ones I share here of him wrapped up in the KeaBabies Hooded Towel with Cute Bear Ears I recently received free for review.

What first struck me about the KeaBabies towel is how incredibly soft it is. “Perfect for baby’s delicate skin,” the packaging says. And it is. Which surprised me as it is made from 100 percent pure organic bamboo fiber—a material I never would have considered to be ultra soft. But it certainly is.

According to KeaBabies, the towel also is anti-bacterial, hypoallergenic, and super absorbent.

And it’s huge, as far as baby towels go. A whopping 35 by 35 inches.

“I like the size because I can wrap him up good in it,” says Benjamin’s mama. “The softness makes it nice and cozy. Good absorption to help him dry quickly.”

At 22 months, Benjamin can’t yet verbalize his thoughts on the KeaBabies towel. But according to Mama, he loves the little bear ears.

“He likes to growl like a bear when he first puts it on.”

KeaBabies also offers an equally huggable, lovable lamb towel. Both styles have a retail price of $24.96 and can be purchased directly from KeaBabies.com.
