Picture this: Letting sleeping dogs lie

My sleepy dogs being, well, bizarre:

    sleeping pit bull pointer mix
    Mickey

    sleeping shepherd lab mix
    Lyla

    Today's question:

    Where do your animals sleep?

All of the animals in my house (including my husband) sleep with me. Oops, Grandma stepped 'out of the box' for a moment.

    bwahaha...have a good day!

Wish I could put a picture in comments. Our chocolate Lab, Rowdy, likes to sleep in our overstuffed chair with his head hanging over the front until his nose is nearly on the floor. He reminds me of a Salvador Dali clock.

Both my little doggies and one cat sleep with me and the other cat sleeps in his basket on top of the entertainment center. Sylvester likes being higher up than everybody else.

    Love the pictures!

Now this question becomes very complicated when discussing our cat Twursula. I would say she sleeps with Grampy but he does not sleep 23 hours a day as she does. It takes works to be that pretty! In the AM she sleeps out on the weight bench on the patio. From there she moves to her/Amara's bed to stretch out for the day and in the evenings she likes to sleep in the garage with the door cracked open so that she can see out! THEN she goes to bed with Grampy!

Looks like the kids when they used to sleep half on and half off their beds...too funny.

Our 6 cats and one dog sleep wherever the heck they want! Sometimes that leaves us two humans standing and waiting for an open chair!

It depends on the health of my dog at the time. My dog has epilepsy. If she is having a day of dealing with seizures she sleeps in her crate-just in case she has a seizure at night. It is the safest place for her, quiet and dark-no furniture to get herself tangled up with. If she is not dealing with epilepsy she sleeps on her dog bed in the living room, or sometimes she sleeps in our bedroom on one of the rugs.

On Tattoos: I got my first tattoo at age 48. It was a Strawberry, because I am a collector of these sweet red things. The second tattoo was at age 58. It is the word "cat" in Chinese. I love cats. The third tattoo was done at age 65. It is my most prized tattoo. Around my ankle is the first and middle name of my only grandchild, Olivia LeeAnn (the Ann part is for me). My daughter thought it was strange of me to do this, but I wanted to keep my GD close to me at all times. And, for the record, an ankle tattoo is not that painful.
