The Saturday Post: The Grand flash(light) mob edition

In celebration of Grand Central Terminal’s 100th birthday February 2, MTA Arts for Transit invited Improv Everywhere to perform the following human-powered light show—a magical treat for the travelers.

Visit the Improv Everywhere site for a behind-the-scenes look that's just as fascinating as the show itself.

Cheers to the weekend! Those of you dealing with the unprecedented snow: Best wishes for continued safety, warmth and power.

Having that happen unexpectedly would surely take any worries off traveler's minds for a few minutes, wouldn't it? Thanks for sharing.

Have a good week-end, you and all your readers.

Very Cool! I went and watched the "frozen in Grand Central" and having read way to much Sci-Fi over the years -- had I been there that one would have freaked me out completely! Happy Saturday!

That is really cool! Makes me wonder why everything has to always be so darn serious! We need more crazy fun in life and I give lots of credit to the creative people who make it happen!

I saw that before and enjoyed it equally this time. Thanks for posting and reminding me of its wonder! Have a wonderful weekend, Cathy
