    Grandma's nutty Valentine

Bubby enjoyed his Valentine's Day party at school—and showing Gramma his monster valentine box.

    The kid's a nut, I swear.

I do so love nuts, though, especially of the Bubby variety.

    Today's question:

    What's your favorite nut?

I just love your little Nut! He gets the best expressions! Grampy is my favorite Nut -- and I love pecans, too!

Hazelnuts are my favorite, with close seconds: cashew, pistachio, pecan and macadamia!

Bubby is such a cute little character! I love all nuts, except maybe Brazil nuts.

In the red sweatshirt photo, he looks like you! Do you think so?

He SO adorable! Need a babysitter? Boy, I do miss that age.

My favorite nut, aside from my hubby (said with LOVE,) is salted pistachios (which I never have because of the sodium content!). We eat a lot of unsalted almonds, cashews, pistachios.

    Adorable post!

Your grandsons are handsome little guys. I use to love all kinds of nuts - never met one I didn't like. But, five years ago my grandson was diagnosed with peanut and nut allergies. At that point, we became a nut-free home in order to make sure he was always in a safe environment whenever he came to visit. We now eat wheat nuts. :-)

I have to tell you I have only been reading you for a short time but your beautiful grandson already look more like a boy and less like a little one. That smile is something I hope he holds onto forever, he just lights up.
