I'm yearning for the end of the year when we will be able to get away, get some sun, see my son Melbourne and relax as we cruise around New Zealand then over to Australia. Fourteen days of sheer bliss. Lucy informed me that its only 17 weeks till we go, of course she is not at all excited!
Sally: That's Roxy. She's a pretty good ol' gal. The boys can ride her, roll on her, grab her ears and hug her hard and she's still the nicest doggie as can be. (Poor Roxy!).

Labs are so wonderful & such gentle souls. Must admit they are my favourite dog. My friend has a golden retriever Chester, Lucy absolutely adores him, poor dog is always pleased to see her go.
Yes, great excitment here about our trip. Lucy has already tried on her summer clothes and informed me that she needs new shorts. In her mind she's packed and on her way. We are able to see exactly where the cruise ship is through their live cam, at the moment somewhere in Alaska.
Cooler weather! This from someone who loves summer!
