A nice glass of sweet red wine always refreshes me. Among other things. LOL
What a wonderful picture! As for refreshing -- if you like wine I highly recommend the new frozen pouches! Jenna just puts a straw in them and calls them "grown up sippy pouches". I use a glass!
Terri & Kc: I'm just now coming around to being a wine drinker. Recommendations for grown up sippy pouches have me craving one right now. Is that bad at 10:20 in the morning? Should I admit that at 10:20 in the morning?
Cute pic! I just recently found Bud Light Lime-Margarita....it's Bud Light Lime beer with a taste of a margarita. It's cold and very refreshing.

Last night was very refreshing for me. Went to the movies with a friend and Norman had to Lucy sit, it was great to feel like an adult.
NOTHING it is too freaking hot again, lol...but I do love the picture / too adorable! :)
Kids playing with water is always fun. I gave my 22 month old grandson a bath last night. I'm not sure I got so refreshed, just a little wet, but it must have been very refreshing for him after a very dirty trip to the park.
