GRAND Social — Grandparent linky — July 23
Monday, July 23, 2012 We're several weeks into the GRAND Social feature, and I must say I'm quite pleased with how it's going. Each week, the number of links increases, and each week, the quality and variety of the posts from the linking bloggers floors me. Each and every time.
I hope you feel the same.
As a reader, any time you click upon a post you find especially noteworthy—because of ideas and inspiration shared, how deeply the blogger's story moved you, the incredible accompanying photos, or whatever—don't hesitate to say so in the comments below. I'd love to hear if, as readers, you're just as pleased with the GRAND Social linky as I am.
Cheers to another round of linking and reading!

How it works:
- All grandparent bloggers are invited to add a link. You don't have to blog specifically about grandparenting, but you must be a grandparent who blogs.
- Posts shared can be an old one or a recent one, your choice. I like to link up to older posts that current readers likely haven't seen.
- To link up, copy the direct link to the specific post you want to share, not the link to your blog's home page. Then click the blue "Click here to enter" text below and follow the directions to add your post to the list.
- You can add up to three posts, but no duplicates, please, and none you have promoted on a previous GRAND Social linky.
- No contests, giveaways, or Etsy sites.
- Adding a mention at the bottom of your linked posts, such as This post has been linked to the GRAND Social linky, is appreciated. Or, you can post the GRAND Social button using the following code:

- The GRAND Social linky is open for new posts through Wednesday evening, so please come back to see those added after your first visit.
- Looking for another grandparent linky? Be sure to visit Connie's Grandparent's Say It Saturday Link Party each Saturday (open to links through Monday nights).
- If you're not a blogger, you have the pleasure of being a reader. All bloggers who link up would be honored to have you click, visit, read and comment.
READERS and PARTICIPATING BLOGGERS: Please visit the posts others have linked to by clicking on the thumbnail photos. Comments are always appreciated by the bloggers whose links you visit, even if it's simply "Hey, stopping by from GRAND Social."
Thank you for participating in the GRAND Social grandparent linky!

Reader Comments (7)
Good Morning! I really enjoy both your and Connie's Link ups. I especially love reading the older posts that I may not have seen. I do wish those that visit would comment! I see lots of new visitors but I don't know who they are! Please say HI when you stop in. Happy Monday!
Grandma Kc: Thank you for the feedback. Sometimes I worry that readers who don't comment often are a little intimidated by diving into threads that always feature the same commenters because it seems the regulars are all buddies and you are the outsider. I know I used to do that...until I realized all bloggers love all comments and especially love hearing from new visitors. So, readers: Seriously, new commenters make a blogger's day. Take my word for it!
Thanks Lisa! I may change my comment form from "Leave a Comment" to "Please make Grandma Kc's Day and let her know you were here!" It is now on the to do list!
Hi Lisa! Thank you again for hosting grandma bloggers! I am admiring your new header. I like the colors and the black lace affair at the end of the line...cute!
Hey Dere, All!
I may not be a blogger but do enjoy reading various blogs of those who are. Used to read only Grandma's Briefs by a much loved daughter of whom I am very proud but, now, at her suggestion, I feel I'm getting to "know" some of her regular commenters much better by checking out their blogs via this feature; Thanks, Lisa!
Did you change the underwear recently ?
I'm a little late getting to the grandparent social this week--I was busy with the arrival of my newest grand baby. Here is my link. kaye—the road goes ever ever on
