Yesterday at Gramma's: Morning adventure
Thursday, June 28, 2012 When you're just 1 and 4, adventure can often be found simply by walking out Gramma's front door.
Full disclosure: This photo is actually from Tuesday, not yesterday, as yesterday was punctuated with warnings to stay indoors to avoid breathing smoke and ash from the wildfire.
Today's fill-in-the-blank:

I most recently found too much adventure thanks to said fire. Safe and lucky now, though. Those boys are just too cute.
Thinking about you and yours during this whole situation with the devastating fires. I'm glad you all are ok. I sure hope the fires are contained soon. I've been watching the news and it really looks scary up there. Stay safe, my friend.
My adventure? None lately. Just boring old me, working on my book and fretting about my upcoming thesis. Oh yea, And excited about my new job!
HUGS!
Please stay safe. We looked at the link you included -- you never get a real feel for how bad things really are somewhere else from watching the news. And I don't have any adventures to share either. Glad you have the boys there to help distract you -- which it didn't confine you to being indoors! Maybe you could have a snowball fight!
My adventure is just outside my door as well.
Hope this fire situation is over soon.
I recently found adventure going thru all of my photo albums. My cousin in Hawaii had requested photos of my parents and siblings for her dad's 80th birthday party.....so I started looking thru all my pictures. It turned out to be quite an adventure!
You do have an adventurous front yard....I'd like to explore it myself!
We found adventure this morning here at home as well. The two grandkids and I climbed a small hill in back of our property and picked wild blackberries and goldens. Then they moved on to making dye - expired orange day lilies, green grass clipping and berries were all crushed and used to dye some fiber from the French Angora Rabbit. The orange day lilies worked the best. But best of all - we all had fun. Stay safe and hope the fire gets under control soon.
I recently found adventure in the photo studio at Sears. It turned out that portraits were quite a challenge for Our Little Princesses.
We're thinking of you all and keeping up via the news. I hope they're able to control those fires sooner rather than later.
The boys are so adorable / prayers with you and colorado all this past week...
