Zooey, New Year's Eve, and the GRAND Social Best Of 2012
Monday, December 31, 2012 Happy New Year's Eve!
The following video is from last year but still fully appropriate—and just as sweet—this year.
What are you doing New Year's Eve?
I, for one, am conducting the final GRAND Social of 2012! As it is the last one of the year, I'd like to add a twist to it. I'd like for everyone to link up their most popular post of 2012 (according to views or comments, your choice) OR link up your favorite post of 2012 from your blog. Other than that, the GRAND Social guidelines remain the same.
Thank you for joining me. And again, Happy New Year's Eve!

How it works:
- All grandparent bloggers are invited to add a link. You don't have to blog specifically about grandparenting, but you must be a grandparent who blogs.
- Posts shared can be an old one or a recent one, your choice. I like to link up to older posts that current readers likely haven't seen.
- To link up, copy the direct link to the specific post you want to share, not the link to your blog's home page. Then click the blue "Click here to enter" text below and follow the directions to add your post to the list.
- You can add up to three posts, but no duplicates, please, and none you have promoted on a previous GRAND Social linky.
- No contests, giveaways, or Etsy sites.
- Adding a mention at the bottom of your linked posts, such as This post has been linked to the GRAND Social linky, is appreciated. Or, you can post the GRAND Social button using the following code:

- The GRAND Social linky is open for new posts through Wednesday evening, so please come back to see those added after your first visit.
- Looking for another grandparent linky? Be sure to visit Connie's Grandparent's Say It Saturday Link Party each Saturday (open to links through Monday nights).
- If you're not a blogger, you have the pleasure of being a reader. All bloggers who link up would be honored to have you click, visit, read and comment.
READERS and PARTICIPATING BLOGGERS: Please visit the posts others have linked to by clicking on the thumbnail photos. Comments are always appreciated by the bloggers whose links you visit, even if it's simply "Hey, stopping by from GRAND Social."
Thank you for participating in the last GRAND Social grandparent linky of 2012!

Happy New Year's Eve!
The only plans set in stone are a 3 pm New Year's Eve party thrown by a local eatery for the Grandkids.
After that, we'll see.
(This may push me into the Grandma box, I'm not sure? Loved that post and glad to see you've chosen it as a 2012 favorite:)
Thanks for hosting!!
Wishing you a very Happy New Year!!
Good morning Lisa! Thanks for the party :) I will be home, cleaning, trying to organize the house and will start thinking about the New Year plans and goals. Oh and expecting the phone to ring asking for last minute babysitting services for tonight! Happy New Year!
Good Morning Lisa! Happy New Year to you and all of the Grandmas out there!
Thanks for sharing the sweet song with which to start the new year.
Happy New Years Eve to everyone. May it be the best yet.
Thanks for posting again...I love those two young talented kids!
Happy New Year to you and your family!
I can't wait! I am going to be home alone for NYE! Yay! Hubby is going to babysit alone because I decided to pass on joining him tonight and just sit and read cookbooks in front of the tree and fireplace surrounded by my 6 cats and cuddle-bug dog. Ahhhh! Heaven on earth!
Happy New Year, Lisa! I loved your "Grandma in a Box" post the best too!
I LOVE this song - so I'm choosing this as one of my many fave posts this year! And it's just as grand on New Year's Day which is when I managed to get here. :) This was one of my few grandkid-less New Year's Eves but I enjoyed it with a beloved granddog, going through pictures (including of grandchildren AND grandparents galore) and letters from years gone by as I weeded a storage unit this week - and then was joined by two other sweet beloveds. A very lovely New Year's Eve. Thanks for a fun visit and a lovely link up. HAPPY NEW YEAR
