    Today's question:

Happy Fourth of July! What do you love most about our great country?

The FREEDOM to choose for ourselves everything in our lives, to truly exercise the Free Will God has given each and every human being, with NO interference from our government. We can go or not go where we want; we can live where we want, shop where we want, even choose (by majority, of course) who governs us. Jerry always said, " Anyone who doesn't like it here should live in any other country for a year, a month, week or even a day, and will realize the freedoms we take for granted here and will then know what it's like to be restricted as are other people, those not privileged to live in the United States of America."

I agree with what Ann posted. This is what my husband Mark had to say...he was in the US Navy: "after being in so many different countries, when I got back to the US, no matter where I was in the country, I felt like I was home".

To Debbie from Ann: Thanks, girl! My (gone fifteen years now) Jerry spent 20 years plus in the US army and, having traveled the world during that career, developed his feeling of appreciation of
what we American have. Tell your husband "Thank you" from me for serving, to let all the rest of us keep the privileges we have here in this great country.
