Just added to the Recipe Box: Chocolate Zucchini Bread

True to her wacky ways, Andrea didn't want a cake for her birthday celebration, she wanted zucchini bread. Here is the recipe for the Chocolate Zucchini Bread over which we'll sing "Happy Birthday" when we get together this afternoon. Enjoy!

Sounds wonderful! And, like Andrea, marvelously unusual.

That just looks wonderful! My husband is not a cake eater and always asks for pie (usually apple) for his birthday.

When I was a kid, my dad had a huge garden, and he had eleventy thousand zucchini plants. My mom cooked zucchini into everything, and we had it every imaginable way, including, of course, zucchini bread. But chocolate zucchini bread? Never had that one. It's genius.
