Friday Haiku Contest Winner!
There's a new kid in town -- well, at least the Grandma's Briefs Friday Haiku Contest town -- and I now officially crown her the winner of last week's Friday Haiku Contest. Here's the winning entry, using the theme word DOUBT:
Can you imagine,
Mankind truly without doubt,
If so, you're dreaming.
~ Debbie A.
Congratulations, Debbie! Woot-woot!
A while back, I awarded Pam a magical amber light bulb for her super haiku abilities, and she turns to it again and again for her writing inspiration. (Okay, so I don't know if she really turns to it in time of need, but I like to think she does!). Because I know Miz Debbie A. is in the throes of some heavy duty writing of her own, I think she needs an awesome amber light bulb to spark her creativity. So that's exactly what I'm giving her!
Debbie, you get a ...
... light bulb!

Keep it on your desk for inspiration, and let me know how it works for ya!
Contact me, Debbie, to claim your prize!
I'm all out of the amazing light bulb prize, but I do have some other interesting goodies to pass along to Friday Haiku Contest winners! So check out the details of this week's contest, and give it a shot. Ya never know what you may be awarded!

I do turn to my light bulb for inspiration. It holds a place of honor next to a photo of my mom and a tiny baby hippo figurine.
Another great winning Haiku!
